    Time spent on the yin-yang of good and bad stresses the mind and body. Advice doesn’t help. Only ones instincts. Instincts to finally succumb to breathing. Ignore the outside noise. Cut television, iPhone, iPad and Computer time each day and walk with only the sounds you hear and the visions you see. Harmony rewards otherwise serious ruptures occur. Remember the peaceful time and treasure those rare but beautiful memories.
